Client Portal Features

REPORT WORK

Report work any time day or night using our “Report Work Now!” feature. The portal allows you to quickly and easily report work needed for portal managed buildings from anywhere without having to pick up the phone or return to your office.

When you report work through our client portal, an email is immediately generated and sent to our staff’s computers and smart phones allowing for immediate response and action even during off-hours.

BUILDINGS

The Buildings tab allows you to see all your managed buildings under the portal at a glance.

The “Docs” link on the right side allows you to quickly view documents related to each particular building including photos, proposals, and reports.

Clicking on the building name will take you to the building detail page allowing easy access to all work orders, invoices, projects, warranties, and documents associated with the building.

The Buildings tab makes it easy for you to manage your roofing assets without searching through paperwork. You can quickly access your work history, invoices and warranty information all in one place. You can also rest assured knowing your information in always available and backed up nightly.

WORK ORDERS

The Work Orders tab allows you to instantly review all work orders associated with your portal managed buildings.

From this screen you can see which work orders are scheduled, in progress, or completed and invoiced. Scheduled work orders will show the date the work is to be performed.

The links on the left hand side allow you to quickly sort work orders by their status. The search options allows for a more precise way of searching multiple work orders. You can also use the sort option located on the right hand side to sort by building, date, status, etc.

From this screen you can click on each individual work order number for greater detail and to view invoices and other documents associated with particular work orders.

INVOICING

The Invoices tab works much like the Work Orders tab. From here you can quickly see all invoices with status. Quickly sort to see which invoices have been paid or are outstanding.

The links on the left hand side allow you to quickly sort by status. The search option will give you more detailed search options to allow you to find particular invoices quickly and easily.

Click on each individual invoice number to see more detail including work description and payment information.

PROJECTS

The Projects tab will show you all projects associated with your portal managed buildings. This tab makes it easy for you to quickly see all your completed and upcoming roofing projects at a glance.

From this screen you can see each projects status, contract amount, and documents associated with the project. Again the search option on the left hand side will allow you to do specific project searches.

Clicking on the project name will take you to the detail page. From here you can access information about any current warranty in place along with a copy of the current warranty. This way you can easily find all warranty information for your buildings when reporting issues to the manufacturer without the need to search through paper files.

DOCUMENTS

The Documents tab is a quick way to view all your documents for all buildings, projects, work orders, invoices, and warranties in one place.

This tab makes it easy to search through all the documents available to you through the client portal. You can also visit the associated building, project, work order, etc. by clicking on the object link for each document.
