New Employee Safety Training

All new employees are required to undergo mandatory safety training programs upon hire. Our drivers operate under stringent requirements and have training hours in defensive driving.

Our comprehensive safety program is overseen by a full-time Safety and Risk Control Manager, who conducts regular training sessions, unannounced site inspections, and ongoing policy reviews to ensure we exceed industry standards.

Every new team member completes mandatory safety training, covering OSHA regulations, fall protection, PPE, ladder and tool safety, bloodborne pathogens, first aid, and more. Foremen and superintendents are OSHA-certified, and our drivers receive formal instruction in defensive driving through the National Safety Council.

We also maintain an extensive internal safety policy and develop custom site-specific safety plans to meet the needs of clients with additional requirements.
